A one month workshop with our founder to rebuild how your business runs on AI, and the roadmap to keep going after it.
01 Solve bottlenecks02 Increase activity03 Cadence and signals
You meet with our founder, Desmond Dixon, four times over 30 days, to do a complete AI makeover of your business.
He drops into how you actually operate, finds where AI increases productivity and profit, and builds the roadmap with you. This is consulting, not software installation. You end the month holding the blueprint and knowing how to run it.
Every makeover runs the same three part structure, in this order.
The order is the point. Volume poured into a business that is already jammed only makes the jam louder, and anything built inside one month decays without a rhythm holding it up. So we clear the constraint, then raise the activity, then make it repeat without you.
We find what is actually capping the business and take it out. The step everyone works around, the handoff where things die, the job only one person knows how to do, the inbox nobody has time for. Almost always the first session, because everything after it gets cheaper once capacity is free.
You end this step with hours back and at least one thing you no longer personally touch.
With room to absorb it, we raise the number of real at bats: more places you get found, more conversations started, more follow up that happens instead of living in someone's head. AI is how the volume goes up without headcount going up with it.
You end this step with more shots on goal per week than you had before, and you know exactly where they come from.
What happens every week, who does it, and the few numbers that tell you it is working or that something broke. Cadence is not a use case you pick, it wraps around whichever ones you run. It is also the only reason this month still matters in month six.
You end this step with a weekly operating rhythm and a short list of numbers worth watching.
Your roadmap is these three sections, filled in with your business, your tools and your numbers. That is the document you keep at the end of the 30 days.
The makeover is built around your priorities, not a fixed curriculum. These are the use cases we run most often. Most businesses have one that is worth more than all the others put together.
Find what is actually slowing the business down, then remove it. The step everyone works around, the report nobody runs, the handoff where things die.
Build the tool instead of renting it. CRMs, dashboards, hiring and intake apps, calculators, anything you are currently paying a monthly SaaS fee to do badly.
Email, chat and your CRM handled as one system. Inbound triaged, replies drafted, leads routed to the right place, nothing sitting unanswered for days.
Voice that answers, qualifies and books while you sleep. Inbound reception, outbound follow up, and the calls nobody on your team wants to make.
Get named when someone asks an AI about your industry. Visibility audit, articles built from your own data, FAQ and YouTube video, a branded industry publication.
A month planned and produced: short form video, authority and contrarian takes, visual posts and emails, on brand and scheduled out.
Raw footage into a finished cut, or a script into a finished video with a synthetic actor. Stitching, pacing, dead air removed, captions and graphics burned in.
An SEO first site and brand matched landing pages, built and deployed. No page builder lock in, you own what gets shipped.
Hooks, offer, compliant ad copy and AI generated video ads. Account, pixel and event setup included if you are starting from cold.
Who to target and why, the list, the sending infrastructure, the sequences, and replies triaged into booked calls instead of sitting unread.
Every use case above sits in step 01 or step 02. Step 03, the cadence, is not a tile you pick, it gets wrapped around whichever ones end up in your roadmap.
You and Desmond will identify your biggest priority and start there. If it changes once we are inside the business, we follow the work that matters rather than a list written before we looked.
We set you up in our Omega Chief of Staff tool, and we teach you to use the other AIs alongside it, including Codex, Claude Code and the design tools. You leave knowing how to drive them, not just what they are called.
Payable by ACH, wire, or card. No setup fee and no minimum term.
At the end of your makeover you choose one of these. Nothing renews automatically and nothing starts without you saying so.
| Option | What it means |
|---|---|
| Run it yourself$100 / month | You execute your own roadmap and hold your own cadence using Omega, our AI employee platform. Month to month, cancel any time. |
| Keep the founder$1,500 / month | Desmond stays on as your fractional AI consultant, two calls per month. Month to month, as needed, cancel any time. |
| We run it for youquoted separately | Our team executes the roadmap on your behalf. Scoped and priced once we know what you want built. |
| Stop here$0 | You keep the roadmap and take it from there. Nothing further is owed. |
Optional add on: if you also want us running ads and lead generation, that is $1,500 per month on top of whichever option you pick, plus your own ad spend billed directly to you.
You are responsible for your own software costs related to what you want to get done, and those are paid directly to the third party providers, not to us. We do not bill them and we do not mark them up.
Depending on your roadmap that can include things like Claude, Google Veo, web hosting, GitHub, Cloudflare, email and outreach tools. We tell you what each one costs before you turn it on, and we will always show you the cheaper path if one exists.
This agreement is between you and AI Marketing Sales LLC, dba Secret Agents.
Fill this in and it comes straight to us. We will confirm and send your scheduling link for session one.
